Stay active, independent, and connected with Strong and Steady - a science-based group fitness program designed specifically for adults 55+ who want to age well and live fully.
Led by Aimee Woods, PT, this science-based program helps older adults improve
strength, balance, mobility, and brain health while fostering genuine social connection.
Each session blends targeted strength training, dynamic balance drills, and functional mobility work - carefully progressed to meet each participant’s ability level and goals.
