Aimee Woods, PT, CNPT, RYT 200

Aimee earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 1998 and has been a practicing physical therapist for over 26 years. As a youth athlete, she was drawn to the profession of physical therapy by a fascination with human movement and the body's amazing ability to heal itself.
She realizes that while the physical body is miraculous, it cannot function optimally without also addressing the mental, nutritional and environmental factors in which it operates.
"I strive to provide the best physical therapy experience available in my community."
Aimee's holistic approach to physical therapy allows her to provide a unique and completely personalized experience. By incorporating her advanced education in nutrition, herbalism, yoga, and lifestyle medicine, she is able to offer a truly one of a kind approach.
"My patients deserve not only the treatment that they need, but also my full attention." All sessions are 1:1 for the entire duration and include a focus on educating and empowering the patient to be able to take control of their own health journey.
In her free time, Aimee enjoys too many hobbies to name, but always loves a good nap. She balances her physical therapy career with her commitment to being a wife, mother to three humans, and grandmother to a dog and an elderly lizard.
