I’ve taken some of the questions I get asked most frequently and compiled them in one place. Should you have any other questions that I may have missed, contact me and I will do my best to help you.

Is Full Scope different than a home health agency?

Yes!  A home health agency uses your Medicare A benefits and requires you to be "home bound" in order to receive services following a hospitalization or illness.  Full Scope Physical Therapy and Wellness uses your Medicare B (outpatient) benefits.  You can receive unparalleled expertise and fully customized therapy in the privacy and convenience of your home whenever it is needed.

Do you accept insurance other than Medicare?

My goal is to work for my clients, not their insurance companies, but I am considered an out of network provider for most commercial insurance companies.  While I don't bill insurance directly, I provide each client with the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance for reimbursement.  I also accept direct payment options without insurance, including the use of HSA funds as allowed. You will always know exactly how much your session will cost, so there is no worrying about a huge mystery bill while you wait to meet your insurance deductible. Please give me a call to obtain costs for your specific needs and to learn more about out of network insurance coverage.

What are the benefits of home based rehabilitation?

Receiving therapy at home allows the physical therapist to have a much better idea of what each client is struggling with in their own environment, as well as how to improve function, minimize environment limitations, and increase caregiver knowledge.  Attention is not divided between multiple patients as is commonly the case in busy outpatient clinics.  You will receive truly personalized, concierge style care without having to travel, sit in a busy waiting room, or feel rushed through your sessions.

Can I use insurance for wellness services?

Wellness services are not typically covered by health insurance and we are happy to discuss pricing packages for your specific needs!

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No, you do not need a physician referral to see a physical therapist in the state of Nebraska. If you have Medicare, however, you will need a physician or nurse practitioner on your team to whom we send your care plan and progress updates.   We are always happy to accept physician referrals and collaborate with your provider!
